The PVC overlay measures 86cm wide and 250cm long including the tuck in flaps at each end, which fold under the mattress to help keep it in place, and the bubble cells stand 4cm high. Two air channels connect the overlay to the 23 x 12 x 10cm pump, which runs on 230V mains power and has a simple on and off switch with a 1 to 8 pressure dial. Built in hooks let the pump hang on the foot of the bed, keeping it off the floor and out of the way, and the overlay supports a maximum loading of 136kg.
